Beaches of Camano

The beauty of Camano Island is unlike any other area, with views of the Olympic Mountains on one side and Mt. Baker and the Cascade Mountains on the other. These incredible waterfront views are completed by Camano's wonderful beaches.

Camano Island has two main public boat launches; Cavalero Beach and the State Park. Many of the neighborhood communities also have private community beaches, some with their own boat launches. The Madrona community has a Yacht club that you can join and the Country Club has a clubhouse with an indoor swimming pool, dance hall, kitchen, and gym.

The west side of the Island offers amazing sunsets, afternoon hours of sun, cooler water, boat traffic, whale watching, crabbing, and fishing.

While on the east side of the Island you get stunning sunrises, spectacular moon rises, calm warmer waters for water sports, crabbing, and fishing.

Both sides have great beaches for whatever your heart desires, be it a stroll on the beach, water sports, boating, fishing, or just relaxing.
